Yoga For Kids

Although kids' yoga has been catching on in studios over the past few years, not all families have the means to send their children to classes at $15-$20 a pop. Another venue is growing, however more and more public and private schools are welcoming yoga and integrating it into the curriculum. I've noticed how relaxed my child has become since we've started yoga. I recommend it to all moms with hyper children.

Another option is to use yoga videos at home with children. Instead of paying $20 an hour for classes, you could buy one movie for $20 and use it for as many hours as you want any time you want.

Thanks,

I teach yoga for kids at a yoga studio and hope to offer it soon in schools. I use yoga poses, story-telling and some art in my classes. It's great for kids to have the group experience but if they cannot, here are two good yoga videos for kids
YogaKids ABC's with Marsha Wenig - for ages 3-6 and Yoga Fitness for Kids for ages 7-12.
Enjoy!

With hаvin so much content dο уоu evеr run into anу problеms of
plagorism οr cοpуright infгingement?
Μy website has a lot of cоmpletely unique contеnt I've either created myself or outsourced but it appears a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my permission. Do you know any ways to help protect against content from being stolen? I'ԁ truly apрrесiate іt.
